A self build ‘one stop shop’; Frame Technologies’ Package Management Option
At Frame Technologies, our aim is to make life as easy for the self-builder as possible. We pride ourselves on being a self build ‘one stop shop’ with one point of contact and a personal touch. This is so we can make life as easy for the self-builder as possible.
We can now provide a full service offering, where self-builders can either come to us simply for a timber frame, or they can come to us for the complete package.
New for 2021, we have a package management option in many locations across England and Wales. Working with our build partners, Comodus. By joining multiple aspects of the build programme together, it is possible to ensure that everything works in harmony. This can be a challenge when a building is trying to reach a number of different objectives at once.
Our new package management option includes foundations, external watertight shells and full airtightness packages.
This package allows for value engineering and can lead to multiple benefits, including improved thermal performance.
Ask an Expert Open Day at the NSBRC
We’re really looking forward to our first real-life event of 2021. Our MD, Simon Orrells, and Gordon Young from Comodus, will be at the NSBRC’s Ask an Expert Open Day on Saturday 1st May. Find them at at stand 103 between 10:00 – 17:30.
This Covid-secure event will allow socially distanced conversations about our self build ‘one stop shop’. We can also discuss how timber frame can provide the solutions you need for your self build home.
